We recently stayed at this place and were pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location was safe and convenient, with the local supermarket and several restaurants nearby. The hotel staff offered excellent service, including room service and housekeeping. They were also very helpful in arranging tours and providing ticket assistance. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the entertainment options, such as the television and am/fm alarm clock.
In terms of improvements, we did encounter a slight language barrier as the staff's English was limited. However, this did not hinder our overall experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds that were very inviting. the breakfast buffet had a great selection that catered to all tastes. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay a pleasant and hassle, free one.
It would have been helpful to have clearer or updated information about restaurant and taxi services. On a Sunday night, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed and we had to find another option.

The hotel was well-located, near several restaurants and attractions. , the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast, which had a variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries.
Although the hotel advertised a special celebration, it turned out to be a small gathering with barely any decorations or festive atmosphere. The party ended early and there was no music or entertainment.

We had an amazing stay at this modern and clean hotel located in the heart of the city. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner and a supermarket for any essentials. the staff is polite and always ready to help. Our room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a great view of the city. the breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location.
A minor issue with the TV set, but the staff was quick to resolve it.
